We produce all types of chocolates, dragees and national cocoa tablets, pure in percentage, flavored or filled with Ecuadorian fruits and flowers of your choice, according to the requirements of each master chocolatier. 

CHOCOLATE DRAGAGES

Coating is a filling technique that is used to coat small portions of some food with chocolate; which in this case are macadamias. The coverage of this product is a blend of national cocoas that contains flower extract from CBD SOLUTIONS Cotogchoa flowers [BPA].

We have achieved zero waste by making juice from the mucilage of our cocoa to later freeze-dry it and cover it with a 75% national cocoa chocolate blend; obtaining a delicious candy produced and sweetened only with cocoa.

During this same process, all the freeze-dried mucilage juice that is not coated is transformed into a natural cocoa sweetener that is already being used as a sugar substitute in several products; including chocolate.

We are currently adjusting our process of reinventing the memorable combination of strawberries and chocolate into a new freeze-dried fruit spread covered in a national cocoa blend.
