The bean to bar journey of our chocolate begins in the Esmeraldas jungle where the diversity of microclimates produces the best Aroma Arriba Fino Cacao beans in northern Ecuador, which after a careful process allows us to transmit in each of our products the floral aromas and sweet fruit flavors of the terroir of this blessed land.

ETHICAL COLLECTION CENTERS

All our collection centers are ethical and ensure the traceability and ancestral genetics of our endemic Esmeraldeño fine aroma cocoa.

ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES

Avoiding deforestation, conserving soil, using water efficiently and eliminating the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers summarizes our commitment to conserving local ecosystems and their biodiversity habitat.

AGROFOREST PRACTICES

Our cocoa does not obey the logic of monoculture and comes exclusively from sustainable farms in order to protect the Esmeraldas ecosystem from deforestation. The best endemic Ecuadorian cocoa genetics are grown in agroforestry systems that combine cocoa trees with other species of fruit trees and crops.

REGENERATIVE PRACTICES

We seek to restore and improve Esmeralda ecosystems through regenerative practices that, in addition to the reforestation of degraded areas, ensure the implementation of crop rotation and organic composting techniques. This holistic approach to agriculture generates safe ecological corridors in favor of the conservation of Ecuador's biodiversity.
